Return, complaint and right of withdrawal
Something is damaged or just doesn’t fit? Or the ordered articles do not meet your expectations? In addition to your legal right of withdrawal or complaint, you then have the option of returning the goods in question to us in an uncomplicated and easy manner via our return service.
Returns from Germany are free of charge for orders over 40 €
We offer you the opportunity to return goods to us in an uncomplicated and convenient way. If you do not like a product for any reason, you can, in addition to your legal right of revocation (details in our general terms and conditions under Revocation), your order within 14 days after receipt also simply return to us.
This can be done easily online via our returns portal: www.supremereplicas.com/retoure.
There you can request a return for your order. Then a returns label for DHL and a returns form will be created for you to print and enclose with your package. The return shipment is free of charge for orders over the value of 40 €. If the value of goods is less than 40 € you will be charged 4,90 € for using the return label. Of course, you can also frank the package at your own expense.
The value of the goods refers specifically to the value of the goods you send back – not to the value of the goods you have ordered!
Exchange item? No problem! If you want to exchange an item, return it and simply reorder it. Of course you will get a refund for the returned item.
Returning is easy:
1. Safe packaging of articles
Please pack the articles safely so that they are not damaged during transport. Please send us the articles with their accessories undamaged and preferably in the original packaging.
2. Use the returns portal, print out and enclose a return note.
In the returns portal, log in with your invoice number and your zip code and select the items of your order you want to return. For each item, please specify a reject reason (DropDown menu). Then please print the finished return note and attach it to the package. You can find our return portal online at www.supremereplicas.com/retoure
3. Print out the shipping label, stick it on and go to the post office!
Securely seal the package and stick the shipping label onto it in a visible position. Then simply drop off your parcel at a post office/DHL branch of your choice – and voilá it’s done!

Notice: We check whether the goods have been carried and to what extent. That means we’ll see if you were at a Larp with it! From a certain point on, we have to consider the product to be used, but of course this does not apply to damage caused by poor sewing or processing. Therefore, check thoroughly what you have received and whether there are any production errors. If you are not sure about a return, call or email us. Together we will find a solution for everything.
Our contractually granted return service does not affect your legal rights and claims. In particular, your legal right of revocation according to § 12 and your statutory warranty rights according to § 9 of our General Terms and Conditions of Business shall remain unrestricted. Apply for your return shipment there and then you can print out a return form. You put this in your return parcel and send this sufficiently franked to us:

For shipments from abroad, we do not offer a shipping label and cannot bear any shipping costs.

Complaint (guarantee law)
If an item is damaged or there is any other defect, please contact our customer service department before you return the item at email@example.com or call us: 030 – 400 446 50. Since you can assert your statutory warranty right of rectification, reduction or withdrawal, we would like to help you with your complaint. Do not hesitate to contact us!
