According to legend a US Navy sailor during the War of the Pacific came up with the idea that knife grips made of the aluminum pieces of crashed airplanes would be sturdier and more durable than conventional leather grips.

To this effect, the artfully decorated grip on our Pacific Navy Knife with Skull is made of aluminum. The hand guard in the style of a cobra and the pommel in skull design flank the jagged grip surface. A further style-forming feature is the black, single-edged blade – the upper third is curved such that the point comes close to the sharp edge. At the same time, the curved section serves as a false edge. In addition, a generous fuller has been worked into both sides of the blade.

The Pacific Navy Knife comes with a matching sheath of genuine leather – the loop allows you to wear it on your belt.
