Medieval Tableware made of Clay - Dining in Ambience

Suitable medieval tableware such as a clay jug or clay plate are always a good choice at a medieval event.;) You put so much effort into your outfits and costumes, so why should you settle for camping utensils when it comes to tableware? Sharing meals is a central element in many LARP events, as sharing meals has always been a gathering point for discussing topics and staying up to date. LARP is no exception, important topics are also often discussed over meals. Of course, such gatherings must also take place in the appropriate ambiance. This is where medieval tableware comes into play: typically, common medieval tableware was simple, made of wood or clay, while the nobility reserved valuable tableware such as metal cups and elaborately decorated tableware. At Andracor, you can buy practical and sturdy medieval tableware.

Drinking Horns and Drinking Bottles for a Big Swig on the Go

Drinking horns filled with mead are simply part of the ambiance, whether at a medieval market or a LARP event. A drinking horn in a matching drinking horn stand on the table always makes an impressive decoration. Our drinking horns are made from horns of Brazilian or Nigerian cattle (Bos Taurus), which are the closest descendants of the wild cattle from earlier times. They come in different sizes with capacities ranging from 0.3 to 1 liter. Drinking horns are often associated with Vikings, as drinking horns were indeed common during the Viking Age. They probably weren't worn on the belt, though.

Speaking of wearing on the belt or body: our leather drinking pouches & drinking bottles are absolutely practical for LARP or medieval events! Having water with you is essential, especially on hot summer days at LARP events. And what could be better than a leather thermos flask, into which you can also pour hot drinks? Whether it's a medieval drinking hose or drinking bottles for the belt, it's up to your own taste.
